Since 5 August 2026 Kronixon PI builds quotes instead of the salesperson. You pick products from the catalogue, the system prices them by your rules, adds the terms, the company details and an AI-written cover letter, and returns a finished branded PDF. In English too. An accepted quote becomes a store order with one click.

In most companies a quote is a Word file somebody copies from the previous quote. They change the customer name, change the products, forget to change last time's validity date. They look up the current price in three different systems. They write the terms from memory. They reformat the table until it fits on the page.
Half a day for a document the customer will look at for two minutes. And that nobody can find a month later.
The customer is in the system. A company or an individual — with billing details, quote history and past orders. Nothing is re-entered for each new enquiry.
Products come from the catalogue. The same 70,000 products, the same live prices, the same stock. Nothing is copied from a spreadsheet.
Terms are templates. Validity, payment method, warranty, delivery. Different templates for businesses and for consumers — a term that applies only to business customers simply is not shown to the others.
The PDF is yours. Company details, logo, bank accounts, layout. A proforma invoice if you need one. With or without VAT, depending on the customer.
AI writes the cover letter. Not a template with the blanks filled in, but text that answers the specific enquiry — in Bulgarian or in English.
Since 9 August 2026 a quote can also be issued in English: translated terms, the company's English name, the bank's English name, a letter in English. This is not a translation of the finished document but a second edition of the same quote — for customers abroad.
When the customer accepts, the quote becomes a real PrestaShop order — customer, items, prices, status, carrier, payment method. No second data entry and no gap between what was promised and what was ordered.
Quotes approaching expiry are tracked and flagged before they lapse. A manager sees a report by salesperson and by revenue.
The module is wired to Communications: a quote request recognised during a phone call arrives here with the products already found.
In which languages can a quote be issued? Bulgarian and English. The English one is not a translation of the finished PDF but a second edition of the same quote — with translated terms, the company's and the bank's English names, and a cover letter in English.
Can I use my own PDF design? Yes. Company details, logo, bank accounts and layout are all configurable. A proforma invoice can be issued too, with or without VAT depending on the customer.
What happens when the customer accepts? One click turns the quote into a real PrestaShop order — customer, items, prices, status, carrier and payment method, with no second data entry.
Are expiring quotes tracked? Yes. The system flags them before they lapse, and a manager sees a report by salesperson and by revenue.
