Since 22 August 2026 Kronixon PI has a Tasks module. What makes it different is that tasks are not typed in by hand — they emerge from the calls, dictations and quotes that already pass through the platform.

Every team has tried a task tool. In the first week everyone enters things diligently. In the second week half of what gets agreed happens on the phone and lands nowhere. By the third week the list is stale and everyone is back to a notebook.
The reason is not discipline. The reason is that work happens in one place and is recorded in another. Every entry is duplicate effort, so it is the first thing to be dropped.
The platform already knows what happened. It hears the calls, reads the dictations, sees the quotes. So it can propose the task instead of waiting to be told.
From a call. You promised to send a quote by Friday. AI transcribed the call and recognised the commitment — the task is proposed automatically.
From a dictation. You tell your phone what needs doing and it appears as a task.
By rule. You define conditions under which a task creates itself — a quote expiring in three days, say, or a missed call that has not been returned.
By hand, when that is faster.
Participants, comments, a due date, a state. A task does not belong to one person — it has participants who see changes and comment on it.
The dashboard has a "today" view: what needs doing today, and by whom.
Alongside tasks, calls gained a work status — important, in progress, waiting, no action, resolved — and are closed with a resolution by a named person at a known moment.
That closes the loop that started in August: the phone rings, the call is recorded and understood, a task or a quote comes out of it, the task gets done, the call is closed. Nothing stays only in somebody's head.
Tasks is the newest part of the platform — 22 August 2026. The AI suggestions will sharpen as data accumulates.
Do I have to enter tasks by hand? You can, but usually you do not need to. Tasks are proposed from the calls, dictations and quotes that already pass through the platform, and from rules you define yourself.
Does the whole team see the tasks? A task has participants who see changes and comment on it. The dashboard has a "today" view showing what needs doing today and by whom.
Are tasks linked to calls? Yes. A call carries a work status and is closed with a resolution by a named person, and a task can be created straight from it.
How accurate are the AI suggestions? A suggestion is always a suggestion — you accept it or reject it. Accuracy improves as data accumulates; the module launched on 22 August 2026.
