Since 17 August 2026 G1 lives entirely inside Kronixon PI. It is the AI assistant that answers customers in the store — it knows all 70,000 products, their stock and their prices, replies in whatever language the customer writes in, works in Facebook Messenger too, and hands the conversation to a human at the right moment.

An ordinary chatbot has a list of answers and fails at the first question that is not on it. Or, if it is wired to a language model, it starts inventing products the store does not sell and prices that do not exist.
Both are worse than having no chatbot. The first annoys; the second does damage — the customer arrives at the store expecting something they were promised.
It works on live data. G1 does not answer from memory. It queries the platform's catalogue — the same one that feeds the store, the prices and the quotes. If the product is not there, G1 does not offer it.
It replies in any language. Not two or three prepared ones. The language the customer wrote in.
It knows about orders. A customer gives an order code and gets the status and a tracking link, without waiting for business hours.
It works in Messenger. The same assistant answers on Facebook, and a burst of messages is recognised as one question rather than five.
It knows when to step back. When a question goes beyond its competence, or the customer is unhappy, the conversation is handed to a person. The handover is recorded as an event, so you can see when and why it happens.
The assistant has its own section in the platform:
G1 runs live on ioncomputers.bg. There is a free demo session at ai.ioncomputers.bg. For your business it is configured separately, behind a two-factor protected account.
Can G1 invent a product I do not sell? No. G1 does not answer from memory; it queries the platform's catalogue. If the product is not there, it is not offered. Failed searches are logged separately — that is a list of products you should probably start selling.
Which languages does it reply in? The language the customer writes in. Not a prepared list of two or three.
When does it hand over to a human? When a question goes beyond its competence, or the customer is unhappy. Every handover is recorded as an event, so you can see when and why it happens.
How is its behaviour changed without touching a prompt? Through semantic rules in the admin panel — you state how a given topic should be answered and the rule takes effect immediately.
