Every call becomes data

Since 12 August 2026 the phone system is part of Kronixon PI. The phone rings — a popup shows who is calling, what they have ordered and what they have asked before. After the call, AI transcribes, summarises and categorises it. Nothing stays only in someone's head.

Every call becomes data

What an ordinary phone line loses

A customer calls for the third time about the same thing and starts from scratch each time, because a different person picks up. A colleague promises a discount on the phone and nobody else knows about it. A missed call on Friday evening is discovered on Monday, if at all.

The phone is the only channel in a business that leaves no trace. Email is searchable, chat is searchable, the order is in the system — the conversation is nowhere.

What happens now when the phone rings

Before you pick up. The popup shows the customer's name, their order count, their open tickets and your recent calls with them. It appears on every desk mapped to that extension.

During the call. The system knows who is at their desk. If an extension is shared, the call is attributed to the person who actually took it, not to the handset.

After the call. The recording is transcribed and AI writes a summary: what it was about, what was promised, what happens next. The call gets a category. If it was a quote request, the system recognises which products were discussed and finds them in the catalogue — from there the quote is one handover away.

If nobody answered. The missed call becomes a callback request and does not disappear until someone calls back. When you return it, the system sees that it was returned.

The voice dictaphone

Separately from calls, any employee can simply talk about their work — in the browser, with nothing to install. The dictation is transcribed and AI extracts what needs doing. A dictation can be private and shared selectively with chosen colleagues.

For a manager this means one summary of every conversation that day, instead of reading notes nobody wrote.

What this is not

The system does not answer the phone for a person and does not talk to the customer. It is not a voice bot. It connects to Asterisk and FreePBX read-only — it does not change call routing and does not interfere with the conversation itself.

What comes next

Since 22 August 2026 a call carries a work status and is closed with a resolution, and a task can be created straight from it. The phonebook is shared across the team.

Frequently asked questions

Which phone system does it work with? Systems based on Asterisk and FreePBX. The connection is read-only — call routing is not changed and the system does not interfere with the conversation itself.

Does software have to be installed on every computer? No. Everything runs in the browser, including the ring popup and the voice dictaphone.

Are all calls recorded? Recordings are read from the phone system, which makes them anyway. Transcription and the AI summary are produced from those. Dictations can be marked private and shared selectively.

What happens to missed calls? A missed call becomes a callback request and stays open until someone calls back. When you return it, the system recognises that it was returned and closes the request.
